We're Reopening The Polls!

So today was the BIG day! Time to find out if Baby Ring is a boy or girl!
As we arrived to the doctor's office, I was just beaming with joy.

As we prepared to head in to the sonogram room, we said a quick prayer for the baby's continued good health and mine. We asked that God would give us answers to the long awaited questions we had, but also grant us patience if those answers weren't quite ready to reveal themselves to us.

Little did we know how important that last part would be! After entering the sonogram room, Baby Ring decided to hide from us! He or she had their cute little bum in my ribs and head down with their legs crossed and the doctor couldn't see anything! We tried to get baby to move around into a better position while we got measurements of the brain, major organs and bones but had no luck! On the positive side, the baby is perfectly healthy and all development is moving right on track.

Looks like we won't have to keep the secret before the party - we won't know what were having until Thursday's appointment next week! Daddy Derek and I are still waiting! So what does that mean for you?
