Boutique Baby

Today it's my great pleasure to share with you a new online baby boutique that I am just beyond excited about! Peanut Butter Angelilli will be opening it's virtual doors on February 12th, with promises of traditional custom apparel for your precious littles. Peanut Butter Angelilli will feature smocked items, ruffled bloomers and much much more! And don't worry, they'll have plenty of boy stuff too!!

My parents have been friends with the Angelilli family since before I was born. Now that all of us children have grown and become parents ourselves, we have had the pleasure of reuniting and sharing our pregnancies and our baby's milestones with each other. It's such a joy! When Theresa, the eldest girl in the Angelilli clan announced she'd be opening a baby boutique this spring I knew it'd be nothing short of fabulous! Here is how they came up with their precious shop name!

 "When Theresa's mother was pregnant a fourth time, the doctor told her she was having a girl.  They picked out her name and spread the news near and far.  They were all so excited to have another girl in the family,  so you can imagine their surprise when her mom gave birth to a beautiful, happy, healthy little BOY instead! Speechless and without a name, her parents did not know what to tell the nurses. At the time Theresa was 6 and could not pronounce her last name.  She would always say Theresa And-jelly.  So her father (who is a comedian most of the time) told the nurse to put on his crib in the nursery Peanut Butter Angelilli....and they did!  So for only a few short hours (until her parents came up with his real name) he was called Peanut Butter Angelilli.  When she decided to open up shop she knew she had to use this as her shop name!"
