Back in June when we purchased the blue Bumbo seat to help Emerson begin to practice sitting up, he wasn't so into it...
This "deer in headlights" look pretty much sums up his originally feelings about the seat. But as we began using it more often, our little guy never wanted to get out of it! Emerson can't sit up on his own yet, but the Bumbo allows him to sit erect and really take in his surroundings.
Needless to say, now he's a happy camper! The Bumbo has been everywhere and used for all sorts of activities from lunchtime (above)...

It's amazing to see him sitting like a "big boy" and we know it will be very soon that he won't need it anymore and will be sitting up completely on his own!
